Sometimes things just do not go our way. Discouraging days can start to stack up and make us think they will never end and that can lead us to a bad case of depression. Something that helps us move out of those times is helping them discover or rediscover what their purpose is. God has designed each person with a specific plan and duty in mind. Many times we are blessed to recognize the fact that there are others we need to help and influence and it can help us move on from depression that may have a grip on us.

St Helens Missionary Baptist is a church that strives to proclaim the purposes of God, discover those individual plans and guiding people through Bible studies and opportunities to serve to help them realize a more fulfilled life. We don’t promise to fix all your problems, but we do promise to help you get pointed towards a solution.
